Textiles sanitaires jetables : cahier des charges de la filière REP

Résumé
Cet arrêté définit les obligations opérationnelles pour la gestion des déchets de textiles sanitaires à usage unique (lingettes, couches, protections). Il concerne les fabricants et distributeurs qui doivent désormais financer ou organiser la collecte et le traitement de ces produits via des éco-organismes agréés afin de réduire leur impact environnemental.
