Recyclage des véhicules : nouvelles obligations pour les constructeurs

Résumé
Ce décret encadre la gestion des véhicules hors d’usage (VHU) en imposant aux constructeurs de voitures, camionnettes et deux-roues de prendre en charge leur fin de vie. Les fabricants doivent désormais organiser la collecte et le recyclage via des éco-organismes ou des systèmes individuels. L'objectif est de garantir un traitement écologique performant et la gratuité de la reprise pour les usagers.
